If a platform blocks automatic import, enter the product name, price, image, audience, and benefits manually.

Short Video Creator help

Choose a saved campaign, select a video style, choose the CTA ending, and create a vertical MP4. Old generated videos do not change automatically after you choose a new style.

If an image URL does not work, upload the product image file directly.

Manual sharing

CentralPro does not post automatically. Download the MP4, copy the caption, review the content, and choose where you want to share it.

Billing and plans

The free plan includes 5 projects per month. Paid plans add more monthly projects. Payments, when enabled, are handled through Stripe Checkout.

1. Information we collect

CentralPro may collect account information such as name, email address, store name, marketplace preference, member-list consent, login information, saved campaign data, product details, product images or image URLs, generated videos, captions, billing status, and support messages.

2. How we use information

We use information to create and manage accounts, generate product campaigns, save campaign history, create downloadable videos, provide support, improve CentralPro, process plan or billing requests, and send product updates or seller tips when the user agrees to join the CentralPro member list.

3. Email and member list

Users are added to the CentralPro member list only when they agree during signup or another opt-in flow. Marketing emails should include a clear way to unsubscribe. Transactional account or billing messages may still be sent when needed to provide the service.

4. Payments

When paid plans are enabled, CentralPro uses Stripe or another payment provider to process checkout. CentralPro should not store full card numbers on its own servers.

5. Social accounts

CentralPro is designed for manual sharing. Users download generated videos, copy captions, and choose where to upload them. CentralPro does not need social media passwords.

6. Sharing information

We may share information with service providers that help operate the app, such as hosting, database, payment, email, analytics, AI, and video-generation providers. We do not sell personal information as a core business practice.

7. Data security

CentralPro uses reasonable safeguards designed to protect account and campaign data. No online service can guarantee perfect security.

8. User choices

Users can update account information, unsubscribe from marketing emails, delete generated videos, and request deletion of campaign or account data.

9. Children

CentralPro is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 13.

1. Using CentralPro

CentralPro provides tools to help sellers create product campaign copy, captions, scripts, videos, and related marketing materials. Users are responsible for reviewing all generated content before publishing or using it.

2. Accounts

Users must provide accurate account information and keep login details secure. CentralPro may limit, suspend, or close accounts that misuse the service or violate these terms.

3. User content

Users are responsible for product details, images, store links, listing URLs, captions, campaigns, and other content they provide. Users must have the rights needed to upload or use any product images and materials.

4. Generated content

AI-generated and tool-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for a specific marketplace. Users must review claims, prices, shipping details, legal statements, and platform requirements before publishing.

5. Manual posting control

CentralPro is designed for manual review and sharing. The app should not post automatically without the user’s confirmation. If social APIs are not approved or configured, users can download content and upload it manually.

6. Payments and subscriptions

Paid plans, if enabled, renew according to the selected billing period unless canceled. Plan limits may apply to projects, videos, saved campaigns, or other features. Refund terms should be added before launch.

7. Prohibited uses

Users may not use CentralPro to create deceptive advertising, infringe intellectual property rights, upload unlawful content, attempt to access systems without permission, abuse platform integrations, or violate marketplace or social platform rules.

8. Third-party services

CentralPro may connect with services such as OpenAI, Stripe, Google Cloud, Meta, TikTok, Etsy, eBay, or email providers. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices.

9. No guarantee of results

CentralPro does not guarantee sales, listing ranking, advertising performance, social engagement, or marketplace approval.

10. Contact

Before launch, add your business name, support email, business mailing address, refund policy, cancellation instructions, and governing law.
